Formulated with a concentrated Benzalkonium Chloride (BKC) base and a DM water foundation, it provides a powerful dual-action performance: aggressively breaking down tough environmental grime while simultaneously delivering broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection.

Versatile Application

This chemical is highly effective for both manual and automated setups:

Manual: Use a sponge or brush dipped in the solution to scrub the outer body and bottom of the jar.
Automatic: Suitable for use in the pre-wash or external wash section spray nozzles of your jar washing machine. > Note: BKC produces a lot of foam; ensure proper settings in automatic machines to avoid overflow.

How To Use (Instructions):

Dilution: For regular cleaning, dilute 10ml to 20ml of Deep Clean per 1 liter of water. (Use RO Permeate Water for optimum results).
Application: Apply the diluted solution to the jar’s exterior using a soft cloth, sponge, or spray nozzles.
Contact Time: Let it sit for 1-2 minutes (minimum 30-60 seconds) to allow the BKC to kill all germs.
Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the jar with clean water to remove any loosened dirt and foam residue.
Drying: Allow the jar to air dry completely before refilling.

Safety & Storage:

Caution: For EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Do not use for the internal cleaning of the jar.
