BlueWello ACTIVE RO Antiscalant (Works Up to 4000 TDS)

BlueWello ACTIVE RO Antiscalant is a high-performance liquid pretreatment designed to protect Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes from mineral scaling. Formulated with “Advance Liquid Chemistry,” it effectively handles feed water with up to 4000 TDS, extending your membrane life by up to 50%.

Instructions for Use

1. Handling

• Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

2. Safety

• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately.

3. Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
• Store away from incompatible materials such as strong acids and oxidizers.

4. Doses (2-5 ppm)

• The recommended dose of BlueWello ACTIVE RO Antiscalnt is 2-5 ppm (please refer the table).
• Adjust dosing based on water quality and system requirements suggested in adjacent dosage table.

5. Solution Preparation

• Dilute the required amount of BlueWello ACTIVE in clean RO Permeate/Product water before adding to the system.
• Mix thoroughly to ensure a uniform solution.

6. Instream Feeding

• Add the prepared solution directly to the feedwater stream.
• Ensure consistent dosing using a metering pump for optimal performance.
