Highly effective membrane cleaning agent developed blend of dispersants and inorganic builders together with an amphoteric surfactant. Designed for effective cleaning of organic debris and bio-fouling from RO and NF membranes, helps in bringing the system back to the designed operating conditions by effective cleaning of deposits and foulants. Liquid Product with maximum solid content of active ingredients, works at low dose rate leading cost effective cleaning. Compatible with all membrane types, Effective against slime forming and other range of microbes
BWMPC-104 solutions should be made up with chlorine free water to give a 5- 7% in proportion to total volume of the cleaning system (Including the volume of the pressure vessel and pipe lines) Circulate the prepared solution by maintaining the pH 11.0-11.5 at the following flow rate or as recommended by the membrane manufacturer depending on the membrane size for at least for 1hr.It may be necessary to soak the membranes with BWMPC-104 for 4-6 hours or longer for heavily fouled membranes. The duration of the cleaning cycle will depend on the severity of the fouling
Pressure during CIP: 3-4 Kg/Cm2 Flows during CIP: 4" Membrane Flow: 3-4 M3/Hr. 8" Membrane Flow: 8-10 M3/Hr. if the solution becomes turbid, prepare the fresh solution and circulate once again. If possible, prevent permeation. Static soaking heavily for fouled membranes is recommended. After soaking, circulate again for a minimum of 30 minutes. In a multi stage RO systems to achieve best results, it is suggested clean the each pass individually Rinse system at low pressure prior to system start-up. Discard RO system product water for 15 to 30 minutes after system start-up
BWMPC-104 is recommended in-plant storage to be in cold and shaded place for twelve months- 12 months. Material Safety Data Sheet will give complete handling information before using this product. If grossly overfed, this product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge into lakes, streams, waterways, ponds or public waters unless in accordance with Pollution authority limits. Always follow the label and MSDS when handling.
