BWBC- 01 is highly effective micro biocide formulation wherein it forms electrostatic bonds with carboxyl group in protein and enzymes that interfere with oxidation reduction and other biochemical reactions quaternary ammonium compound penetrate cell wall lysis occurs and metabolites leak out causing death of cell. There by stunting their growth.
Dosages normally depend on the extent of microbiological population and fouling. Cooling tower system which are heavily contaminated should be cleaned before the addition of BWBC-01.
BWBC-01 is added to the cleaned system or when the microbial growth is the following scheduled:-
Initial dose of 150-200 ppm is added. This dose may be repeated once or twice in a week or as required to control the growth. Subsequently the dosage may be adjusted after microbial control is evident. Generally around 60-80 ppm of BWBC-01 is added weekly as a maintenance dosage.
Keep the container tightly closed away from direct heat & sunlight. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If it comes in contact with skin or eyes flush with plenty of clean & cold water. If necessary, seek medical attention. Wear protective clothing safety goggles, hand gloves, shoes while handling the chemical.
