BWBC-02 is a highly effective micro-biocide formulation wherein its chelating agent combines with the metal ions in the enzymes essential to the metabolism of micro-organisms there by stunting their growth.
Dosages normally depend on the extent of microbiological population & fouling.
Cooling Tower systems which are heavily contaminated should be cleaned before the addition of biocide, BWBC-02 is added to the cleaned system or when the microbial growth is first noticed according to the following scheduled:-
An initial dose of 150-200 ppm is added this dose may be repeated once or twice in a weak or as required to control the growth. Subsequently the dosage may be adjusted after microbial control is evident. Generally around 60-80 ppm of BWBC-02 is added weekly as a maintenance dosage.
Keep the container tightly closed away from direct heat & sunlight. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If it comes in contact with skin or eyes flush with plenty of clean & cold water. If necessary, seek medical attention. Wear protective clothing safety goggles, hand gloves, shoes while handling the chemical.
