BWCI-40 contains optimum blend of anodic & cathodic corrosion inhibitors which provides full corrosion protection under varied pH & temperature conditions BWCI-40 also contains organophosphonates & low molecular weight polymers, which acts as antiscalents & dispersants. Scale formation is eliminated by the threshold & crystal distortion properties of organophosphonates. Fouling control is achieved by the powerful dispersing action of low molecular weight polymers.
BWCI-40 is highly recommended in cooling water systems using hand water & where scale control is a major problem.
Dosage of BWCI- 40 depends upon the quality of water, extent of problems being faced, process contaminations & systems design. Generally a dosage of 60-80 ppm on continuous basis in recommended for normal operating conditions. BWCI-40 is fed into the sump or basin where through mixing is ensured.
Keep the container tightly closed away from direct heat & sunlight. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If it comes in contact with skin or eyes flush with plenty of clean & cold water. If necessary, seek medical attention. Wear protective clothing safety goggles, hand gloves, shoes while handling the chemical.
