BWDBC-03 is recommended for the control of slime fungi and algae in cooling tower, open spray systems evaporating condensers and recirculating water systems.
Because of its high solubility in water and built in bio dispersant, distribution of active ingredients throughout the water systems and diffusion into slime masses takes place efficiently. BWDBC-03 is used with non-oxidizing biocides alternatively
Cooling tower systems which are heavily contaminated should be cleaned before the addition of biocide BWDBC- 03 is added to the cleaned system or when the microbial growth is first noticed according to the following schedule:-
An initial dose of 150-200 ppm is added this may be repeated once or twice in a week or as required to control the growth. Subsequently the dose may be adjusted after microbial control is evident. Generally around 60-80 ppm of BWDBC- 03 is added weekly as a maintenance dosage.
Keep the container tightly closed away from direct heat & sunlight. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If it comes in contact with skin or eyes flush with plenty of clean & cold water. If necessary, seek medical attention. Wear protective clothing safety goggles, hand gloves, shoes while handling the chemical.
